Payment Methods

ACI accepts cash, checks, credit and debit cards, and money orders payable to Apostolic Camp International. ACI does not accept third party checks. After July 1st, ACI will only accept cash or credit/debit card payments.

Refunds & Cancellations

A refund less $25.00 processing fee will be issued for cancellations made on or before July 12th. Payments made will be forfeited if cancellation takes place after that date. All refunds will be issued in cash or by check.

ACI offers an opportunity for you to impact the lives of young people; If you are over the age of 18, and wish to be considered to become a camp counselor at ACI. Please click the button below to complete an application.

All camp counselor applications are subject to approval and are selected based on need. Applicants will be notified prior to camp if they have been approved. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

To assist with timely payments the ACI staff will accept registrations on an on-going basis through to Wednesday July 8, 2020. However the last day to register is Wednesday July 1, 2020. This schedule is based on a Full Week Camper (Age 10+), and also includes transportation.

How do I register for Camp?

Do you provide a confirmation when I register for camp?

A confirmation email with a confirmation # is sent upon completion of your online registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at register@apostoliccamp.org.

What is included for campers staying on campus?

Registration packet, meals, accommodations, on-campus recreation, day sessions and worship services.

What is included for campers staying off campus?

Registration packet, on-campus recreation, day sessions and worship services.

Are guests welcomed to attend the worship services?

Yes, we welcome guests to our services.

What should a camper bring to camp?

Do you have activities for campers ages 3 to 9?

Yes! We have a fun-filled program for children ages 3 to 9 called “Kindercamp”. Please note however that all “Kindercampers” must be accompanied to camp by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. This means if your “Kindercamper” is staying on campus the parent/guardian must also be staying on campus.

What is your counselor to camper ratio for campers ages 10 to 17?

Each counselor is assigned 6-8 campers for the week of camp.

When do campers check-in and out?

Check-in on Monday, the first day of camp, will be available from 1pm – 3:30pm.
Check-in Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, is 7:45 am – 12:30pm.
Check-out on Saturday is 10am – 11am.

Can I request my roommate(s)?

Yes, you may indicate when registering your roommate preference. However please note that while ACI will do its absolute best to accommodate all requests, your request is not guaranteed.

What does a typical day at ACI look like?

Breakfast begins at 7:30am followed by group devotions whether it’s together with all the campers or in our assigned teams. After devotion we move on to our day sessions where we dive deeper into the word of God through an interactive student-teacher setting, panel discussions or Kindercamp for our campers ages 3 – 9. After we’ve fed on the Word of God, we break for lunch! Following lunch we have recreational activities for all ages as well as optional excursions, at the cost of the camper. We refuel at dinner, and then it’s time for a little rest and relaxation as we prepare for our evening worship service at 7:30pm.Lights out is at 11pm, but be sure to pay attention to the evening announcements and the schedule in your camp book for more details on the week’s activities.

Are there off campus activities?

Yes. At an additional cost to the camper, we have afternoon excursions on Tuesday and Wednesday. Campers may register and pay for excursions each evening following the worship service in the lobby. Please note that campers 10 – 17 years of age are not allowed to participate in excursions and must remain on campus with their assigned counselor.

What is the dress code for camp?

Casual wear! It is our desire that ACI be a place where our campers can escape the distractions during their stay at camp, a place where they can focus their eyes and hearts on their relationship with Jesus, and a place where they are not ‘tempted’ by the flesh. Styles of clothing can be a stumbling block for many, so the intent is to not bring attention to how one looks, but to highlight our walk of faith, love and pursuit of holiness. Therefore campers and staff are required to adhere to the Camp Dress Code. Anyone in violation of this policy will be asked to change clothes or make the appropriate changes to render their clothing modest.

Below are some guidelines:

We have a no visible undergarment policy
Bare midriffs, sleeveless shirts, halter tops, tank tops, spaghettis straps, tube tops, etc. are not permitted
Men, pants will be worn at the waist
Ladies, no excessively tight or low cut clothing, and knee length skirts and dresses are preferred
Recreation:
- Ladies, a comfortable t-shirt with a knee length skirt and leggings
- Gentlemen, a comfortable t-shirt with basketball shorts
- Swimming: Ladies, no two-piece swimsuits and Gentlemen, no Speedos
No attire with reference to any type of alcoholic beverage, illegal substance, and lewd, vulgar, indecent or sexually suggestive subjects may be worn.

What if I have food allergies or special dietary needs?

We do make an effort to cater to all campers but because we are serving a large camp population, it’s not always possible for us to meet special dietary needs. If you or your child has any kind of food allergy or dietary need, please indicate this when registering so that we can inform the catering staff.

What if I have a medical emergency while at camp?

We take special care to look out for the safety of all our campers as well as our guests. On our staff and team of volunteers are medical personnel that are available for medical emergencies should they arise. If the medical emergency is deemed critical, our medical volunteers will call 911.

Any medical expenses due to injuries and or illness must be handled by the campers’ insurance company. Please be sure to include your health insurance information when registering.

APOSTOLIC CAMP INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS

Overview
Thank you for your interest in Apostolic Camp International (ACI). We are committed to facilitating a rewarding experience for all campers. To ensure this rewarding experience, cooperative spirit, Christian attitudes, courtesy, good manners and proper discipline are expected of all participants. Camp Administration has the authority to take action against anyone who refuses to comply with the rules given below, up to suspension from future camps. Any exception to these regulations will be allowed only at the discretion of Camp Administration.

Activities
Campers are expected to attend all scheduled activities. This includes church services, seminars, meals and recreational activities.

Alcohol and Drugs
The use of tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs is not permitted.

Chain of Command
Campers must comply with instructions of personnel assigned to positions of responsibility by Camp Administration. Any violation of rules, or any misconduct must first be reported to the camper’s counselor for remedial action. If the issue cannot be resolved at this level, the next level of authority is the head counselor, camp director and ultimately the camper’s pastor.

Chores
Campers are required to share the responsibility of maintaining the camp facilities. Campers are asked to help keep the grounds litter-free.

Curfew
Lights must be out at 12:00 midnight, unless a camp activity goes beyond the set curfew time. Any camper out of their rooms after lights-out, without permission, will be subject to disciplinary actions, which may include being suspended from future camps.

Destruction of Private Property
Campers are encouraged to handle the property of others with reasonable care. Campers will be held personally liable for damage to another camper’s property or the camp facilities.

Dorms
Members of the opposite gender are not allowed in residence halls. Campers violating this rule will be subject to strict disciplinary actions.

Name Tags
It is mandatory that campers wear their name tags at all times in order to be easily identified.

Illness/Accidents
If a camper gets sick or has an accident, the incident should be reported to a counselor, who will report the incident to the first-aid personnel on duty. Camp administration will take appropriate steps such as transferring the camper to a medical facility or arranging for transportation home. In cases where the emergency is severe in nature, the camper discovering the condition should call 911 and then refer the victim to the counselor. The camper will be responsible for incurred expenses associated with their care.

Leaving Camp Grounds
Campers are NOT allowed to leave the campgrounds without permission of the Camp administration.

Personal Items
ACI asks that campers eliminate the distraction of devices such as cell phones, PDAs, video games and laptops. We are setting ourselves apart so we might concentrate on growing spiritually. During services or teaching sessions, cell phones and pagers should be turned off.

Pranks
Pranks will not be tolerated. Campers violating this rule will be liable for damage done and will be subject to disciplinary actions, which may include being suspended from future camps. Be aware that pranks often pose health risks.

Swimming
Swimming may be allowed on designated days and at designated times for males and females. No mixed bathing will be allowed. Campers are asked to be modest in their swimming apparel: one-piece swimsuit for females and full size trunks for males. Lifeguards may be on duty, however campers are asked to exercise extreme caution in the swimming pools.

Violations
Violations of these rules or any other inappropriate behavior should be reported promptly to a member of Camp Administration.

ACI is an apostolic ministry committed to excellence in the facilitation of workshops, services, group and individual activities for the training and development of youth and adults to the full knowledge of Jesus Christ.  

ACI believes there is one God- whose name is Jesus Christ. He is manifested as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is holy, just, and worthy to be praised. He is our ultimate authority and the one we pattern. (Deut 6:4)   

ACI believes the Bible to be the infallible, inerrant word of God. It is the perfect compass for living life. God’s word stands as absolute truth and should be known and applied in every area of life and ministry.   

ACI believes in worship as a lifestyle according to Rom 12:1 which states: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable, unto God, which is your reasonable service.”   

ACI promotes an atmosphere where participants can experience spiritual growth, develop personal relationships, and enjoy fellowship in a supervised, fun filled, spiritual atmosphere.  

ACI’s purpose is to help attendees understand the importance of the Apostolic message while striving for holiness and righteousness. It is our desire to see sinners saved, backsliders reclaimed, and Christians grow in  their walk with Christ.

  ACI desires for everyone to make a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as their Savior, following the plan of salvation as outlined in Acts 2:38 repentance, baptism in Jesus Name and the gift of the Holy Ghost.   

ACI seeks to lead its participants to a relationship with Jesus Christ through: obedience to His word, utilization of spiritual gifts, directed bible studies, and a developed prayer life.
